Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Shipping is carried out via Australia Post, later on when the site stocks heavier items 20+ kg will be making use of a courier in which you will be informed during checkout.

It is highly recommended that Registered Post or Express Post is used as AusXmods will not be liable for the loss of your package, if Australia Post admits a lost package I will make sure the order is fulfilled or refunded. Over the years it has been a rare occasion to lose a package via Australia post.



RETURNS:

* Warranty - By default all items come with 12 months warranty, only if stated on the product page is this extended or reduced. Warranty claims can be refused if no receipt is present, by default any item without a reciept will automatically retain a 3 month warranty but after this period it is up to myself to provide warranty or not without a receipt.

* Faulty items are repaired or replaced more than likely the latter.
